I pack and send all orders myself, with lots of love and care, using eco-friendly packaging 💛 Orders are shipped with Australia Post (and their international friends).
All domestic and international orders leave the studio within five to twelve days, depending on how many orders are coming through at the time — I really appreciate your patience while I make sure everything is just right!
Shipping costs depending on the destination, always calculated in the payment gateway and once the zip code is indicated.
Note on International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, and Clay of AA is not liable for any of these charges.
We are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds if you choose not to pay these fees. If a shipment is rejected by the recipient, redirection fees may apply. Should the package be returned to Clay of AA, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.
