Refund Policy
As a small business (basically just me) creating mostly handmade pieces, I’m not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. The same goes for gift cards — I hope you understand!

The pieces are handmade individually and may contain some imperfections. Each item is unique, reflecting the artistry and craftsmanship inherent in handmade goods. As such, variations in color, size, small chip or crack, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics of the handmade process.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives and get in touch with me straight away if something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. A photo of how your order arrived (including the packaging) within 24 hours of the item arriving damaged. Images of the broken item, the packaging label, and the broken item inside of the packaging must be sent via email within 24 hours of the item arriving damaged.

If your piece arrives damaged, you’ll be eligible for a refund, store credit, or — if I have availability — I might be able to remake it for you.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it’ll go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, banks and credit card companies can take a little extra time to process things.
