Shipping policy

Domestic & International Postage
All domestic orders from Clay of AA by Ana Araujo are sent from Brisbane, Australia, via Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 to 15 business days for processing before shipping, as this may vary depending on order volume. Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items will be processed and dispatched together once all items are available, without split shipments. 

Tracking: Once your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive the tracking details via the email address provided at checkout. Please note there may be a few days between receiving your tracking information and the order being packed and dispatched to the courier. As a result, tracking updates may not appear immediately on the courier's website. If you’d like your phone number included in the shipping details for the courier, please ensure it's entered during checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
